This sign runs on a built-in rechargeable battery or AC Adapter -- ideal for trade show booths that do not have electricity.
Programming is done with a hand-held remote control (included!) Simply point the remote control towards the front right part of the display and press the buttons.
I even include batteries for the remote control, so there's nothing else to buy.
This is the largest battery powered scrolling LED sign I could find, and it is just as bright as AC powered signs.
